Life Plans Defeated
I used to think, if everything else fails, I will drive a taxi for livelihood (this is a joke, for a long time I couldnt drive). But the joke got darker: in a few years no one will need a driver.

Perhaps... but at the same time it seems it'll be longer than a few. I recall a statement by the department of transportation trying to push it some 30 years out.
In a strange twist of irony per the post title, it's unfortunate you won't be able to defeat your life plans quite as soon.
