Market Algorithms and Optimization
Many algorithmic and optimization problems are involved in designing Internet markets (for ads, apps, storage, services, whatever), setting up and managing them, and ultimately making them vibrant. In a recent meeting at Google NY, a few researchers met to discuss the underlying theoretical issues in this area of Market Algorithms and Optimization.
