FOCS or STOC

For a moment, let us leave FOCS or STOC vs SODA and instead take on FOCS vs STOC. I have heard researchers claim incredible bias towards one or the other in their submissions (I produce most theorems during the summer and hence submit mostly to STOC), acceptances (hence, alas, the yang of it, ie., rejections), attendance (locations?) or in even their conference talks, or whatever. Is there one?
