Quick Life Notes

Coffee is indispensible, and the struggles we go through to get the right coffee is always a story. For me, addicted to American coffee in the morning, it took 2 weeks in Rome to converge to a suitable substitute and order "Due Cafe Americano, Lungo". Mallesh Pai points me to this article by Ariel Rubenstein on the price of coffee when you want a variant, and the associated socio-economic experiments.

Btw, I realized: when someone offers and asks, "Mint?", you should take it. :)
