Clothes
Some days clothes cling to you, you defy them and you are busting out with energy, ideas and things done. Other days, you cling to your clothes, and need them to define, defend and just carry you across. I felt like I was clinging to my clothes the last week when I taught, and somehow managed to do a three-hour lecture on randomized algorithms (closest pairs, polynomial identity testing, karp-rabin fingerprints, bloom filters, and part-way to primality testing).
